If you had the slightest clue you would realize that Congress controls the budget. So if you are really concerned with the debt then I suggest you turn your attention to the Republican led Congress who went to war without raising taxes (in fact they lowered them), you can blame them for not passing an economic plan that stimulated the economy even more. You can blame Congress for their wasteful spending on military items the military doesn't want or need. You can blame Congress for failing to address key issues like immigration and healthcare that have a huge impact on government spending.
