I hope you are posting this to show how that author is completely clueless, and it isn't even a news article, it's a Trump ass-kissing article.

I mean really, when the author writes this:

AZ just passed a law where any pres candidate MUST prove US citizenship.
If the AZ secretary of state feels this requirement is not met, that candidates
name will not be on the ballot in AZ.
In other words, AZ secretary of state will decide if Obama is on the AZ ballot
come this election cycle.

I also feel AZ should pass a law that if a male candidate is too fat to see their own wee-wee, they should be banned from running. (Same in New Jersey too! ESPECIALLY in N.J.)

AZ legislature passed the law, the gov hasn't signed it yet I believe, though I'd be surprised if she does not.

As to the bill, it's likely unconstitutional on its face. Voting is a fundamental right, a state govt cannot set unreasonable or arbitrary requirements with regard to a federal candidate. There isn't even a rational basis to not accept another state's short-form govt issued birth certificate, let alone any higher standard.
