After much denial on Newegg's part, they admitted the package did not in fact ship on the 24th as they originally claimed to me in person (and in a followup email to me).
A full refund has been issued.
Different system, and no, I did not get what I paid for.
newegg rushed and got it on the truck the day after you ordered it. fedex picked it up on one day and delivered it the next. fedex doesn't pick up on the 24th and 25th. the fact that you didn't know or understand that doesn't mean you didn't get what you paid for. the fact that newegg refunded you also doesn't mean you didn't get what you paid for. you did, in fact, get exactly what you paid for; it just wasn't what you expected.

There is no point in responding to you. You're simply wrong and the timeline of events as described by Newegg do not meet with your blatantly false assessment at all. I say you're wrong and so does Newegg.
