If it were free shipping I would probably call.

Overnight shipping is a premium service and I paid Newegg well for it. So, it looks like I paid Newegg for nothing since I have 1.) No package and 2.) They haven't done anything to figure out why or responded to my request for help.

I build custom systems for people and buy from all sorts of businesses. Amazon has the best shipping across all of North America. They process over 1 million orders per day from each of their main facilities. NewEgg isn't in the same class. I have ordered items that get lost in shipping and it takes them time to track it down. It might have been put on the wrong truck who knows. When they find it they will send it to you and at that time they will refund your shipping costs. Until they find it they don`t even know for sure that you don't already have it. Just because you say so doesn't make it true. You'll receive it in due course and when that happens they will compensate you. It's all part of the process and yes you won't get it when promised but you will get it once they track it down. They will also reimburse you too. If you shake a big stick at them they won't be as compensating as they would be if you just deal with it in a normal manner. Ranting and raving won't make it any faster and could actually cause more delays in locating it because they have to deal with you on an ongoing basis which interferes with the process. Just relax, have a few beers and wait. Contact them once or twice per day and don't make a nuisance of yourself. They appreciate that attitude and will do their best for you.

anyway, package is out for delivery right now, the day after fedex picked up the package. which was the first day fedex picked up after the OP ordered. so, OP got exactly what he bought. it just wasn't what he expected.

Are you asking about my Avatar? My son is a Graphics illustrator and he did the artwork that I am using as my Avatar. I can get all sorts of his artwork and re-size it to fit. This one was smaller and needed less work to re-size and centre
