ummm...maybe it's just me but why doesn't the OP contact the CC company and dispute the charges? Let them slug it out with Newegg.

Unless you paid via paypal........sorry about your luck.

Why? Just call FedEx and have them deliver it. Not sure why this thread even exists.

I am Newegg's customer, I am not FedEx's customer. I didn't hire FedEx, it is not my job to call FedEx. It's not my job to spend time with FedEx figuring out what happened, if it's even their fault. I paid Newegg. This wasn't a $50 sale.

Newegg can't be bothered to call me (two numbers on file) when an expensive item with expensive shipping is going to miss the shipping date? Really?

No package yet and no reply from Newegg either.

You didn't read the thread. Newegg doesn't know where the package is. FedEx doesn't know where the package is. It was supposed to be delivered on 12/26. It wasn't. Newegg didn't do anything to figure out where the package was and simply told me to call back if I didn't get it. What kind of service is that?

I had a similar incident with Amazon. Wanted to buy an item for a xmas gift - checkout screen said, select 1-day shipping to receive by 24th.. So I did but the UPS tracking stated that the delivery would occur on the 26th. Contacted a rep through the chat and they were able to refund me the shipping charge.

Incorrect. Did you receive a tracking number for the package? Have you contacted FedEx?

And yes, I've read where you said that NewEgg has shipped the product on the date specified. They then should have provided you with a tracking number. Now, as an intelligent person, I track the number thru FedEx and if there's an issue, I contact them. It's more efficient than going thru Newegg and I get my packages delivered.

With all the bad weather, a lot of packages are getting delayed. I ordered a couple of printer Next Day Early AM last Thursday, but because of bad weather, they didn't get there until Tuesday.

We're getting trolled. The OP is too scared to tell us what he even bought to not even knowing how to properly track a package. And is too scared to follow-up with the delivery company. I've never contacted the shipper about a package in transit, makes no sense to when I have a tracking number and can contact the delivery company.

why would he contact fedex when they have the package in their hands, when he could contact newegg who doesn't have it anymore since they handed it off to fedex on the 24th? that would make no sense.

Would you call newegg and have them arrange it? No, you fucking call fedex. Why can't you pick up the phone and call them? It would take 10 minutes out of your day. If you are too lazy to do that, then I have zero sympathy and you deserve whatever happens.

You are just being hardheaded and dumb. Pick up the phone and figure it out.....

Why should I do legwork for Newegg? I'm pretty sure I paid them to do it. No, I'm absolutely sure I paid them to do it.

Why do I need to do legwork for Newegg for their third party? They should call FedEx and "figure it out". I'm paying them to do this. The service I received was terrible, the response I got from customer support was terrible.

Still no package and still no response to my email sent last night (a reply to their email to me).
