Depending on the client, I get anywhere from $30 to $50/hour, freelance. The company I work for bills my time through them out at something like $120/hour.</end quote></div>
This is outsourced intl. Global rates are way lower than local rates.

If you don't agree with it then fine, but a 30 second search on digitalpoint and you can find graphic designers working for way less than 20 bucks an hour.

Not sure that a written contract would be enforceable in this instance.

oops! sorry i did not meant to sound mean!
But, I was just amazed on how much you earn in the US, over here in mexico we dont charge for hours, but for the size, the type of work, etc! but its way less than 20 bucks an hour (at least for freelance)

meh. I notice no quality difference in people "who know how to use photoshop" and charge 1-30 bucks an hour.
Graphic artists who charge 50-150/hr+ however...
