Actually I do have the same one. Looks and feels like well not like a $60 one but then again I didnt want to pay $60 for it
Works great as a $20 one just fine. Blown up one tire, 2 balls, and jumped my van 5 times.
And no I didnt jump my van blowing two balls while filling a tire

I also bought a cheap power inverter for about $15 bucks. With this battery jumper and the power inverter I can use my laptop in the backyard (wifi connected) all day.
