I ordered an msi mobo, tt power supply, zalman vid card cooler and arctic silver. Compared around with monarch etc, and it came to about a $10 difference to buy at newegg. I'll pay the $10 to know I get my items usually a day before they are expected, and to make one purchase at one time. Monarch didn't even have arctic silver available....

I've bought from monarch, zzf, and newegg. No one beats the egg for service in my opinion, and their web site is the easiest to navigate.

i cant understand all these stupid comments on a thread that has NO point anymore. this thread was started over a week ago when amd annouced a rather large price drop. its point was to inform people that were about to make an amd athlon 64 purchase that newegg had not lowered their prices yet. other vendors had lowered their prices so i suggested not buying from newegg at the time. i dont understand why some of you had to turn a simple suggestion into a huge fiasco.

Because you're suggestion was stupid. Many people explained the reasons for the difference but you refused to listen. BTW, a suggestion would read "You may not want to buy the X2 @ Newegg until their price drops" not the way you wrote it "Don't buy Amd At Newegg". Now be a good boy and admit you were wrong

admit i was wrong about what? you can word YOUR threads anyway YOU want. i did not CARE what the reason for the price discrepancy was. i was just trying to save people money. you can use common sense and figure out that price may change in the future. this wasnt about the x2 anyway and that goes to show how much you read the thread. it wasnt about newegg's service or the other crap people decided to discuss in their replies. i am not going to repeat everything else that have posted on this so get over it jackass.
