you say superior in every way...care to give a few examples of this? I also have several computers running windows 7 64 bit sp1. probably will upgrade to windows 10 at some point.
I've been running 10 on a test mule of a computer for a while now, and I have had very few problems.
I run old software on it, and I have changed components many times.
I have overclocked CPUs with it.
I have tried several different brands and speeds of ram.
It seems to be very stable.
I like the browser, I like the look, I like the start menu. I even like the notification sidebar.
I built an i3-4360 system a while back specifically to test 10 with some old software our company uses to see if a switch to it will be possible without any drama.
Every time a new build comes out, I play with it again to see if anything has changed.
The only glitch I have had has been with Core Temp. Win 10 doesn't seem to like Core Temp.
I can't recall having any other problems.
I have not experienced anything that would make me stay away.
