I kept reading it thinking it would get good, but it never did. I love war books and love reading about the military but this book was just a big whine fest. He complained about everything, jumped all over the place time-line-wise, and used a TON of cuss words. Now I'm not against cuss words when appropriate but it appeared that the author just threw them in there to make his stories seem "cooler" or "tougher".
In all I give this book 4 out of 5 pieces of poop on a stick (as would be assumed with poop on a stick, the lower number is better for example Band of Brothers get 0 out of 5 pieces of poop b/c it was good).
