Anyone ever notice this? Most if not all people I know agree with me and think it's stupid, also whats really annoying is those who are benching and 'bounce' the bellbar off of their chest and then have the nerve to give me advice when I'm talking to someone else about something, right like you know a thing or two about weight lifting ya dumbass.
