God this is good news. I thought they were going to totally destroy performance on the 980ti to push us to get 1080's. Game is pre loaded and waiting for me when I get home. This is going to be great I can't wait to play this game. I wonder if SLI works, although it sound like I'll do well without it.

Also, people complaining about locked door/hoard mode in game? That sound badass and oldschool to me in the best way. I look forward to getting stuck in a room with waves of enemies for a frantic, enduring fragfest.

Seems like Kepler does fairly well, although it's left way behind by the Maxwell variants likely due to the games heavy usage of compute shaders.
Game also runs much faster on Fiji than on Hawaii..

I get a constant 60FPS on Ultra settings with my GTX 980 4gb. Pretty much never moves.

Figure it's worth a try I suppose. Been a while since I've played on my PC. Horde mode doesn't sound very appetizing but the single player campaign sounds like it would be decent.7970 is a decent amount more powerful then what's in a PS4 and even more so on an XB1. You should easily be able to select a visual fidelity that's equivalent to either one and get the same or better performance out of it.
What AA setting is everyone using? After playing around with them for a bit I think I prefer SMAA(1TX) over TSSAA (8TX). If you stand still and look very closely it does have ever so slightly more jaggies, but seems to maintain a significantly sharper image.
5GB Vram? That sucks for FuryX owners. I always knew 4gb was not enough for a new high end card. It is what it is though. I mean the game runs fine on it I'm sure, but those chasing that Ultra setting might be a little disappointed.
