My current router does not provide coverage to my entire house and trying to figure out what is best option.
1. Purchase a more powerful router
2. Turn my dormant phone system into a network. I no longer use my phone lines in my house which have CAT5 wiring but the outlets are T11s. I was thinking I could just put new faceplates on the outlets and create a network but have a few questions.
a. Will the current Telephone junction box work; it has all 8 wires for each phone line in the house tied into it?
b. The order on the T45 connection;
i. Current order on junction box for Telephone Module:
1. Blue / White Blue
2. Orange / White Orange
3. Green / White Green
4. Brown / White Brown
ii. When wiring the T45 connection would I follow the same order or use the standard T568 A/B order. Not sure if the T45 needs to be in the same order as the Telephone Module.
