Double leg cramp

I'm on the floor right now unable to move. I knocked the keyboard onto the floor during my fall.

I had a charley horse in one of my calfs about 5 minutes ago. Right after the first calf clinched the second one went too. I was screaming in pain and almost laughing because of how absurd this was. The pain at one point was alternating between each leg. If I moved to a position to relax one leg the other would hurt.

I have one leg bent laying on the ground and the other bent in the air. This position somehow is keeping the pain from coming back. So now I'm in some retarded looking yoga position praying that I don't need to take a leak because I don't think I'll be moving for a while.

Replenish with electrolyte drinks such as Gatorade, etc..

That sucks but the worst one I've had seems a little worse. Waking up in the middle of the night with one leg cramping open, and the other cramping shut. Try figuring that one out when you're still half asleep and all you know is "omg wtfbbq it hurts us!".
