Hey, I was looking for a pair of Dr. Martens and came across this site.
I dont know if this is BS or a real deal. check it out , it might be worth a closer look.

At least one poster got some common sense.

The voucher most likely part of a union contract. Also most likely OSHA requires the Railroad Companies to have employees wear safety shoes while doing their jobs. I believe unionized postal workers also receive an annual shoe voucher.

Uncle Sam can cover part of the boot cost, if one does a long form. Contact the IRS for details.

Lots of companies do the shoe voucher thingy. My company does the Red Wing shoe mobile day. Steel toe wingtips. Hot damn. We would get 50 dollars credit and the rest deducted from paycheck. My friend at Abbott Labs got two free pairs a year. He would give me one pair 'cause he hated breaking new steel toes in.
If you have never worn steel toe shoes, try a pair. I think of them as my super hero shoes. You could, if need be, kick the living shiite out an evil doer if the opportunity presented itself. They are also mosh pit friendly.
Get a pair of steel toe penny loafers, no joke.
Stop in your local red wing dealer and get a free Patriotic American Flag lace keeper(no purchase necessary).
