Seriously. The recipe is kept in two halves locked up in separate locations.
But has nobody ever kept tracking of the shipments the Dr Pepper plant receives. That should give you some kind of clue.

I just read about Dublin Dr Pepper on wikepedia. Apparently, it tastes different because they have one of the few remaining soda plants that stills uses sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup.

Hmm... that doesn't actually say that it does or does not. just that company used as misdirection in an advertising piece and then denied it, while the actual recipe is still secret.
Meh, my usefulness for soda begins and ends with the occasional rum and coke.
