GC doesn't show much unless you know what you're looking for. Better off with a GC-MS so you can use a database to get the different components.

I think there are cherries in there. To me it tastes kind of like if you took cherry coke, and took out the coke flavor. In any case, I agree that it's the greatest pop in the world, followed closely by Barq's Root Beer.

they don't have to list the secret ingredients, they can just put "natural flavorings" or "artificial flavorings"

My can of coke lists "natural flavors" (toward the end :laugh: ). I imagine Dr Pepper is the same.

I just read about Dublin Dr Pepper on wikepedia. Apparently, it tastes different because they have one of the few remaining soda plants that stills uses sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup.

Yep, pure Imperial Cane Sugar.

I love all cane sugar sodas. Cane sugar cola is equally awesome. Around the NYC area we get Boylan's which makes decent sodas. Some specialty places have better stuff but Boylans is everywhere.
