Proteins are denatured with heat.

Screw the raw egg bit. It's nasty, provides you with about 25-30% of the cholestrol you need in a day....and as i said before, it takes like ass. :disgust:

Yes I've been taking EAS Myoplexs which contain 45g of Protein.

Cost me about $50 a month. Thought eggs would be cheaper.

Nope, but it is a good source of protein... I would rather just throw down a protein shake with 2 scoups and get about 50g...

Much better for building mass.

@7g protein/egg, you'd have to be eating 6-7 eggs/day, that's white + yolk

'sides, whey protein is much better for you

Get a hand blender. Put the stuff in a glass, put the end of the wand in, and mix.

Buy a shaker cup. Throw in about 8-10 OZs of skim milk and two scoops of powder, shake it up and guzzle it down. You'll save a sh!tload of money doing that.

This is the word.

YET, I've eaten raw eggs for breakfast for years. NO PROBLEM here. Not once.

It takes me less than a minute to rinse my shaker cup and lid and place it on a folded paper towel on my counter to dry... ready to use the next time.

1. Samonella is actually pretty rare these days.

2. Yes, it raises your cholesterol but tests have shown it increases HDL and LDL the same amount, and it's not so much the AMOUNT of cholesterol in your body as much as it is the RATIO of HDL to LDL that matters. So unless you have heart problems eggs don't need to be restricted.

3. Yes, raw egg does taste like ass.
