Hey guys, is there any difference if I buy a retail box one (AXDA1700BOX)....it doesn't tell me what version or core of the chipset.

Let me know any info on it.

Only the OEM mentions the DUT3C chip.

I got mine last night. It's a AXDA1700DUT3C JIUHB0312UPMW also. I ordered a A7N8X 2.0 and some corsair CMX512-3200. It is running right now with a PAL8045 at 37c with normal surfing. (nice and quiet)
Memory 2-3-3-6 at 200 Mhz - 400 DDR
CPU at 200x10 = 2000 Mhz at default 1.6v

I'm a happy camper.

Can anyone explain the differences (if any) between XPMW, VPMW, WPMW and UPMW?
Got myself a XPMW in a nearby store, it's also a DUT3C JIUHB0312 (seems like every 1700+ produced after week 0310 is a DUT3C, am I wrong?)

No o/c results yet, waiting for a friend to bring me a mobo from USA. Wanted a Soltek 75MRN-L but they are gone now

Running at 2166 mhz at 1.775 volts. (No extensive tests yet, has completed 3dmark2k1 and 2k3 without crashing)

Out of curiosity, what is the highest the rest of you are getting at stock or near stock voltage, as this pc has to be extremely quiet (hence low speed fan for fairly cool chip)

I tried it for a bit at 2.0 Ghz at 1.6 volts. It seemed stable, but didn't run 3dmark 2k1 looping overnight... It should be noted that my board undervolts (It was pumping something like 1.56 volts into it)

I have it set at 1.8 volts now at 2166 mhz... (which equates to about 1.75 volts) I just ran 3dmark for about 2 hours straight, no crashes, tonite I'll have to try it all night.

You MAY be able to run it at about 2.0 ghz at default stable... no idea.

I have a 1700 on MSI KT400, and the temp is consistent at 50C or higher. No over clocking of CPU, but FSB is at 175. I am using Thermalalright SK 600 (??) HSF.

Is the new 1700 any cooler? what's normally temp. looks like if you run this TbredB 1700 at 2GHz?

<FONT size=3>I got mine a few days ago. It's a AXDA1700DUT3C JIUHB0312UPMW also (as many have been above). Dropped it in an MSI KT3 Ultra2, bumped the FSB from 133 to 166, making the cpu run at 11x166, or about 1.83 Ghz.

Not a spectacular overclock (would probably do a lot more), but it is good enough for my daughter's IM-Internet box! Not bad for $45!

Nope -- not yet. I already have 2 DLT3C 0308s in my boxes upstairs which are memory limited (PC2700). I Have this one slated for my MAME cabinet in my basement. The Municade

My 0312TMPW does 2G at 133/166/200 CPU bus, PC3200 XMS memory. I'm just waiting for a True 430. The 330 started stutting down.

What is the voltage on the cpu? Can you get more than 2GHz? What do you mean that the True 330 started shutting down? I thought that was a VERY GOOD psu!

My Vcore is now set to 1.775, but HW monitor varies from 1.71 to 1.74, 12v and 5v are low too. I used a VU meter and 12/5V are accurate. I'm OK at 1.8G, until I get the 430 next week.

There were times that it shut down encoding SVCD to XviD.
