^^ any half way decent lawyer would be all over that. Wrongful termination. Urine tests are notoriously flawed with high occurrence of false positives and false negatives. Its a billion dollar industry though so the corruption continues.

However the flushing isn't fool proof. The urinator with authentic urine is.

Here in Hawaii they don't need a reason to terminate. Alaska too... Your employer can basically decide they are tired of looking at your face and let you go.

job never stated random drug test, i smoked pot occasionally then i got moved to the pharmacy and wal-la drug test time.
