DSL and phones for new office - help needed

I am getting ready to open a new office for my new small business location in Atlanta GA ( Chamblee/Doraville area and yes DSL is avialable at the new business location ) . I will need at least one static IP address for a streaming camera setup, web and email access, 2 voice lines and 1 fax line . Are there any significantly <$ but reliable one-stop alternatives than purchasing everything from Bellsouth ? I know little about this and need some help ( any web links etc ) . - thanks

They is me . I have no idea what the actual $ amount would be ( I am hoping for <-100/ mo ). I want to pay as little as possible of course .

Congrats on the Biz and opening the Office.

You could get other Phone Co's and DSL but it all goes over BellSouth's lines anyway.

Get your own Modem so you don't get sucked into a year or two contract.

If you're planning to do VideoRTC ( "Streaming Camera" ? ) , then you're going to need a higher class of service than $100mo will get you. Something with at LEAST 384k upstream, and 512k if you want 30fps. BellSouth charges $219mo for a 512k up / 768k down DSL account. Some Cable providers have 1Mbps upstream, but if you constantly use too much bandwidth, they slap you with the AUP. Still,you might ask you local Cable provider what biz packages they have and if they have a VoIP bundle avail. I know some systems have been bundling VONAGE.
