yep. but it all worked out ok i guess, there at the end.

one dude said he was getting icmp unreachables up the wazoo, in his firewall logs, AFTER he stopped browsing anandtech forums. and it turned out that the major offenders were the ads on anandtech. however, he seems to have overreacted, and speculated that anandtech was giving out pings of death.

naturally, a couple of ppl jumped on the bandwagon, and the ball started rolling.... (humans, go figure)

nah i moved around too much, then installed the new nvidia driver, and i have the cache set to clear.
