No, the only board that will do that is the MSI 694D revision 1.0. The only celerons that can be run in Multiprocessor configuration were the PPGA socket 370 celerons(the classic cellys) will run in the MSI 694D i mentioned.
I know this cause i have one and typing off of in this post.
Celeron2's (FCPGA) Can not run in dual boards no matter what you do to them.

You can't hack them nor force feed them.(like shoving it in the socket with frustration) Intel made sure they wouldn't work in Multiprocessor configuration. Want more MP Informatics then hang @ 2cpu.com. (my sig has the link)
