dual display.......wrong monitor as primary??

OK I have 2 monitors and wanted to use both.
I have a AGP Matrox G400 OEM, wich doesn't have dual outs.

I installed an old Aopen PT75 plus "PCI" card that I had laying around.

Now I have been using my g400 for over a year and put this other pci vid card into my machine.
It loaded the drivers and works fine.....I am using it right now. But my G400 and 19" monitor are the second monitor not the first.
I want to change it so my g400 and 19" are the primary monitor.....don't know why it took the pci as the primary.

I have a Abit KT7 raid MB I looked in the bios to see if there was some kind of setting but did not see any....I neve had 2 monitors before and need some help.

Well, as you've already looked in the bios there isn't much else to do.

You have to set in the bios of your motherboard to initialize AGP video first, if you can't do this you're out of luck. Sorry.

Doesn't 2000 have an option for "make this monitor my primary display"

i was reading one of those technical manuals the other night and by default, the pci card is set to be primary with the agp card as a secondary. i don't have it on me but i'll check it later to see if it'll give a fix around it.

I found my problem...it was in the bios...next time I should look a little harder I guess!
