Mine typically average 1.4M ppd for the pair, but I do have them (easily) overclocked to +150 core and +475 memory (using MSI afterburner).
Make sure both are being used, in Windows right click the notification Icon, go to advance view, go to preference, go to slots, and then "add" a new GPU slot if only one is showing. Also under preferences is where you would enter the passkey mentioned above if you don't yet have one.

All that being said and done, Folding takes a LONG time to get a good average on your points, as they have so many different tasks that can have substantially different point values associated with them. But they shouldn't be showing that low. Here is a chart (which you have probably already seen) made by Markfw, with some data we've collected.
