What the heck is the point of this post? There's no link about the game in the title, and the content is "at least I don't own a XBOX360"?

I don't think you can edit the decks which is lame but i'm still gonna get it. Should still be worth the 10 dollars but maybe not if it is more than that.

I really enjoyed MTG when I was in college, though I never was all that great at building very strong decks. I was just never able to balance out land/creature/spell cards very well... but it was a really fun game. I will definitely buy this. If it's true you can't edit your deck, that would take a lot of the fun out... but from the web site:
Available in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish; Duels of the Planeswalkers features eight unique player decks, deck customization with unlocked content, single player and cooperative campaigns, ranked and unranked online single player and cooperative play, leader boards, and more!
It sounds like you will be able to... But I don't know, this is the first I've heard about this game.

which console is this for?
Its for Xbox Live Arcade. I did a preview of it back in February if you're interested in reading about it. When I played it back then, it was very well done and polished.

I knew this game title sounded familiar...there was a Magic: The Gathering game made back in the 90s called Duels of the Planeswalkers.

I still have it lying around somewhere...
It was fun to make a deck that consisted of 20 Black Lotus, 20 Channel and 20 Fireball.

lol yeah i would do that but have forks recalls, and the one where you get 7 new cards to your hand. i would end up winning the game in a few rolls and doing a shitload of damage.

Modeps, you mentioned that it looked great and everything was readable on your HDTV. Do you have any idea how it would look on a standard def TV? I have an HDTV, where my wife and kids watch tv... in my hole in the basement i'm gaming on an oldschool TV. One beef I have with most XBOX360 games is that text is often created with HD TVs in mind and is very difficult to read anything on (i'm talking to you Assassin's Creed). I hope that the cards will be readable on a standard definition television.
