Let me be the first. What kind of major league dumbf*ck do you have to be, to get a 6th DUI. I could possibly excuse one, but after that you just have to be plain stupid. I sincerely hope your drivers license is revoked permanently. What a waste of human life.
Of course if this report is a fabrication intended to draw out nasty comments such as mine, then it worked. Sober up, there is more to life than drinking, and trying to kill someone with a vehicle.
Jlee is a cop..
omg thats even worse you should know better

srsly WTF!!!!???

Much less quantity if you go for hard stuff..but yeah, we have some very practiced drinkers up here. I've had .36 who looked drunk, but was walking and talking..and cheered when he got his test result. The highest I've seen was a .50, who was almost dead (no eye reflex, unconscious and not responsive to anything) when we got there (I never saw the result myself so it's kinda unconfirmed, but word got around).

Ah, booze + coke.

They can be some of the worst drunks, simply because they don't pass out.

BTW, more pics of your mom?

In CA on a state highway, the dui would just be part of his problem. He'd have to pay for all damage he caused to the guardrail, signs, etc.

We need to bring back public executions for people who have more than 3 DUIs.

That's a good law. In any accident where the driver is at fault and causes damage to public property like that the driver should have to pay the cost of replacing it. I could make an exception in cases where it is really a no fault accident (maybe a tire blowout or an accident caused by an animal running into the road) but at fault accidents really should be paid 100% by the person that committed them.

Just out of curiosity, do a sizeable percentage of these DUIs start with booze bought at NH state owned liquor stores?

Is the state held liable like a privately owned packy would be for selling booze to a drunk?

I had an arrestee with a BAC of .34 . I have to take him to the hospital to get treated before they would book him due to the high BAC. The guy crashed his wife's Yaris into a light pole and still had his foot on the accelerator.

The last DUI arrest I had I was in plain clothes. The girl fell asleep in the left turn lane on a MAJOR intersection. At first I thought he/she was just texting and missed a light cycle. After the 3rd light cycle I laid on the horn. No response. I got out of my unmarked and walked up. Female was asleep with her foot on the brake. Had a marked unit pick her up. BAC .22. It was DUI #3 for her with her last one occurring 2 weeks prior :\

Thanks for keeping the roads safe.

Too bad they don't allow animated avatars here since jlee could use this...

remember the rule: x2 what patient says; x3 what perp says.

so for your guy, "one 20oz" = "three 60oz."

And interestingly, that'd only be $12 here at a local sports bar on one night of the week - can't remember what that was. (3 60oz glasses)

Drink that in 2 or 3 hours, you'd be quite pissed and definitely in great shape to pick up an impressive DUI.
