I wonder how many possible fathers there are. I mean 7 guys in one day, none of which are the alleged rapists, and thats just in one change of her underwear.

The worst part is the accused men have had their lives destroyed pretty significantly by this. And why? Because the are rich and white. Period.

Many parties in many colleges have had strippers. I am not advocating it or criticizing it either way, but the reality is an entire team had their season flushed down the toilet. At least two of them have had their lives turned completely upside down and a well-respected and honest coach lost his job over a bunch of lies fueled by reverse racism.

What happened to those students from Duke is one of the biggest injustices I've ever seen. This is the finest example of a woman crying rape and all of the sudden all the authorities blindly believe her and press charges. The f*cking DA KNEW THE SEMEN DIDNT MATCH THE PLAYERS AND STILL CONTINUED WITH THE CASE AND HID THE EVIDENCE. Personally, I think that prick should be disbarred and possibly put in jail.

I don't think they did it. All the evidence suggest that this woman cooked up this whole thing. But this has nothing to do with race. Give me a break. Any woman who cries she was gang raped even by a bunch of homeless men makes major news just like this.

For all practical purposes, the DA's entire case is absolutely dead. He's just trying to save face & some votes, by retaining the lesser charges. Those charges as well, will never see the inside of a court room.

You and I both know that many, if not most, prosecutors in this country cut corners, hide evidence, and often lie in court. For the most part, prosecutors today do not care if the person on trial actually committed a crime. They just want to win. You know that mentality, and you have come to hate it.

If Nifong is able to continue pushing this case to trial, and if he were to win ? heaven forbid ? then your work suddenly would be made much harder. Prosecutors would fight you even more, citing the Duke precedence, and you would be forced to expend more resources, which also would mean you could exonerate fewer people.

So far, you have been silent, save Neufeld?s misleading remarks. Yet, if you remain silent, you are doing two things. First, you are guaranteeing future defeats for your cause when there should be victory, and second, you are withholding a moral and authoritative voice that needs to be crying out here.

You kinda get the feeling he's only holding on to those in the faint, desperate hope that he can arrange for some kind of plea deal to save his prosecutorial misconduct butt.

He needs to be prosecuted himself.

Not to mention that everyday of their lives since this DA charged them with rape they have been living in a nightmare...

Unless one of these guys cracks and says something about actually doing the crime then this DA truly needs to be banned and de-licensed for a minimum of 10 years..
