Dumb questions about newly bought BFG 7800GTX

First, the dumbest question. I couldn't find any documentation on this (although I'm sure they're out there somewhere): which DVI port is considered "monitor 1"? I plugged my Dell flat panel into both and they both worked (although the picture seemed slightly crisper on the port closer to the TV video-out). Does it make a difference as it seems to be mirrored?

Box claims the card is "overclocked". Is this done in hardware/software/what? Is this essentially the same as kicking it up a few notches in coolbits?

Usually the DVI connector closest to the slot is 1 and marked on the PCB board.

Card is overclocked meaning the BIOS has been configured at that speed and BFG has reliably this so no need to worry.

The upper port, the one with the clearer image, is the "primary" port. But which one is "Monitor 1" is changeable in your windows setup. Likewise, while you're in mirrored mode now, you can go into the Windows Display Properties and change it to "Extend my Desktop across both monitors".

The card is "overclocked" in that it runs the core and memory at faster speeds than the official speeds NVidia rates the cards to run at. Just like Coolbits, except that the BIOS inside the card tells it to run at these higher speeds all the time... AND, as far as BFG is concerned, you're not overclocked... they stand behind the card running at this higher speed.

I got mine Monday, and should be able to try it out today when my memory comes. I hate waiting. :/
