Duracell Reachargeable Accu NiMH, 1800mAh, AA & AAA.
I ran across this in a catalog. No, this is not the same deal as being described in this thread.
These are from Newark:
Duracell AA: 89C4355
Duracell AAA: 89C4356
It would be pretty hard to find a better vendor in my mind.
The link above is just to Newark's home page. This is a search results page that has both AA and AAA products listed. There really aren't any pictures on their website, but their catalog does have pictures. I would scan it in, but I don't have a place to store it right now. These are shown as white wrappings, Duracell's name, the yellow Rechargeable Accu wording, and a green swipe under that. There is also specification info written on them. Pretty nice looking, but maybe not as eye catching as the BYDUSA green ones.
Want to know the really great part?? Click on the price link on Newark's website and it will show the quantity breaks you get. Ah heck, here it is:
Order.............List Price
Quantity.......AA...........AAA
1 to 9..........(.772).......(.50)
10 to 24......(.695).......(.475)
25 to 49......(.625).......(.45)
50 to 99......(.563).......(.405)
100+..........(.508).......(.345)
I am not so sure about the AAA prices, but the price for the AA is just smoking!! (I think I noted someone in the other thread I linked above saying that they got 60 batteries for $50+ dollars. At this price you could get a hundred batteries for $50+!! Ergo the bold type.)
As for other charges: it looks like they add on a $5 handling charge for orders less than $25. (At least that is what I found when just updating quantities and watching the result; it is right there in the shopping cart window.) As for shipping I can't provide that information; I didn't go through all of the hassle of filling out the credit card info. (I am not going to be buying any as I just got in on the BYDUSA 'deal' a few weeks ago, darn it all.)
That's all.
