During dual boot menu, i have 2 win2k... how do i delete one?

I have ME on C: and win2k on D: I added a HD BEFORE i formatted it... it had win2k on it before.. now during the boot menu, i see 2 win2k and one windows... how do i delete one of them in the menu?

start->run c:\boot.ini.

Remove the unused one.

If you have show hidden files enabled, you can just browse to c:\ and double-click boot.ini.

I can't even find the file.. i even did a search on all the hard drives... enabled show all hidden files.. cant find....

I win2k there is also another option in the folder options to unhide system files or something of this nature, it is just above the show all files options, this has to checked also...

you could also do:

fdisk /mbr (from a dos prompt)

But doing this will erase your boot record, it will solve the problem of 2 w2k's but i'm not sure what will happen with your dual boot... It might only boot to one OS.
