Duron 955 + o/c 64MB GeForce2 GTS scoring like crap in 3DMark 2001 (1745 3DMarks) *UPDATE* Up to 3090 now :)

Alright NFS4....what's your little secret? What did you enable/disable to get your scores back up? We have very similar systems. Could be that you have the GeForce and I have the Radeon. Nice score by the way!

When testing, is everyone using the defauld display and cpu settings? My scores were from these settings(display and cpu):

Res & Color Depth: 1024x768 32bit
Antialiasing: none
Frame buffer: double
Texture format: compressed
Z buffer: 32 bit
Rendering Pipeline: D3D hardware T&L

I got a feeling he is using the 1080 drivers.

You can tell he is by looking at the point sprites score.

I ended up with 1816, default, with a duron 650@800 & gf2 mx, win2k & the 10.80's. Not great but acceptable I guess, I don't play much quake/UT anyway.

The test wouldn't even run without the 10.80's on my system.

Just reinstalled the drivers and did a DX8 reinstall

where are these 1080 drivers? My score is a pitiful 1250 under win2k with geforce 2 pro, 512 ram, and athlon 1200
