I have several DVD's that errored out during the decryption process with the above message. Most work fine. I am using version 3.2.2.0 on Win XP SP1 with Source Device: [4:1:0] PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-106D 1.05 (G

I have uninstalled and reinstalled DVD Decrypter but still get the same errors on the same DVD's. Program settings are as per the tutorial on Doom9.

Also, can I just click 'ignore' and finish the decryption and still have a useable file?

Any ideas?

Thanks.

I dont know that i'd burn anything where I got errors during decryption but if a coaster is no big deal you can try it and see what happens.

have you tried using a diff prog to decrypt? I use DVDshrink 3.1 and havent had any probs so far.

Yeah, I'm willing to risk it, I just can't get it to complete the decryption process to burn it!

I have used DVDShrink. But I used Shrink AFTER decrypting the DVD and copying it to my hard drive. I had tried to just used DVDShrink, but it stops when it runs into encryption (not sure of the exact message).

Is there another way to decrypt with DVDShrink?

Just from the description it sounds like your DVD is damaged. Does it play ok without skipping/pixelizing anywhere? You might be ok and it will just screw up the playback temporarily if thats the case.

It's three different DVD's. All Play fine. I guess trying to decrypt on another burner would confirm if it the DVD or not?

Thanks

one more thing....why would I want to create an ISO image in DVD Decrypter vs. the .vob and all the other file types?

OK, I lied, last question...anyone know of a tuitorial to help me set up Nero as the burning application in Decrypter/DVD Shrink? I have been able to burn a few DVD's but I haven't a clue how I did it. I did uninstall/reinstall Nero and now it crashes with ASPI messages....I didn't save them tho....

Thanks.
