7.5 allmediaoutlet.com http://www.resellerratings.com/seller2886.html
3.85 shop4tech.com http://www.resellerratings.com/seller787.html

btw, their all selling generic dvdr so their quality isn't much better then one another..

read my post on reseller rating. I think 90% of those bad feedback are people expecting gold when they paid for copper. I know many many people who have ordered these disc's and had no trouble with them. I haven't seen any reply from anyone stating the above mentioned media as being able to burn at 4x, and for the most part, all but these Sonic media that I have bought that was advertised at 1x, burnt at 1x only. The only reason I tried these Sonic was because they said they burnt at 4x, which they did. And I would say the quality is better, as the Sonic media has a white top, as to the mediaoutlets silver.......

Careful with the 10% off code... it shows in your cart until you do the final submit, and then it disappears after you have paid. I talked to the guy at shop4tech and he said he is having a server issue that should be resolved in a few hours. He cancelled my orders and offered to replace them after the issue was fixed.

Guy from Shop4Tech said the code should work fine now... anyone that placed an order with the code prior to this post might want to check their final order total and possibly give the guy a call to redo the order.

Ive brought 50 pack of these dvdr, and they worked great on my benq.

But Im having problems playing the burnt dvds on my standalone daewoo player. They work perfectly in my computer dvdrom, but cant get them working in my standalone. Has anyone tested these dvds in a daewoo player, so any player for that matter?

yea other dvdr work on my daewoo. But so far ive tried these sonic dvdrs on tons of dvd players and havent got any to work. They only work on my computer dvdrom.

I guess I need to burn a new dvd player in order to play these burned dvds.

If possible, can people list the standalone dvd players that play this sonic media?

Thanks.

Go back and read some of the posts, I know a couple of us have replied on what they work on. I have gotten them to work fine in the PS2, X-Box, an Apex stand alone, a 2 different KLH stand alone units, a Mintek stand alone, a Pioneer stand alone, Sony stand alone, and a GE stand alone. I have yet to put these disc's in a player and not have them work.

I have read the entire tread, what is the model number of the apex dvd player?

Ive tried these sonic on at least three dvd players, and none have worked for me.
Could it be the way Im burning the dvd or something like that?

Well tell us what you are using

I've used these discs on Sony, Toshiba, JVC, Pioneer, and Zenith players all w/o problems.

These in my opinion are the best of what we usually label as cheap and crappy dvd-r media. I got a 50pk back in december and they burn at 4x on my liteon 411s FSOF. I used about 20 right now and the only coasters I had were caused by an unstable burning system. They play fine on my ps2, sony 1st gen dvd player, and a totally crappy fob brand player. However, they didn't play well on my laptop 8x dvd slimdrive. But the only plus is that this media was extremely cheap. PS2 makes some noise when playing these disc.

What are you using to burn them with? Software/hardware?

I have burnt all of mine using DVDShrink, and burnt them usually in my NEC 1300A, and sometimes in my Sony 500 external, and they play just fine in my X-Box. (non-mod)

I would try ripping with dvd decrypter, and then burning with dvd shrink. You're results should be very good.

UPS. Go to your account assuming you set one up when you placed your order & you should find a tracking #.

dvd shrink rips a movie and makes a vob file on your hdd, you just use another program to make the dvd itself

Thanks. I didn't see that. Mine blanks won't be here until friday. My burner is getting here on thursday so it'll give me time to hook it up and get ready to burn..

True.. But if you get the new dvdshrink 3.17 from dvdshrink.org and nero is installed, dvdshrink does everything from shrinking the dvd to burning. Easy as pie.
