Just got the Pioneer burner and am trying to decide what media to get. I use only Sony CD-Rs so I'm leaning towards the Sony DVD-Rs (~$5.33 each). I don't mind paying more than the generics because I only need to burn about 10 discs right now. Anyway, does anyone know if the Sony discs can burn at 2x? There's no mention of it on the packaging or on the web site.
Also, has anyone used the CompUSA brand DVD-Rs? I saw a 10 pack for $35 and it says it's 2x certified on the box.
