Be careful of Pinnacle Systems rebates!!!!. I'm now in my 5th month of waiting for my rebate. It's been pure hell trying to get hold of these people. To make a long story short, I became tired of waiting, called wheresmyrebate. They told me Pinnacle pushed back paying the rebates, though I have been approved and waiting 5 month's. I forget how many different people I called, talked to, I feel a big run around! before I finally got a place to email Pinnacle concerning my rebate. I e-mailed them going on two weeks ago, no answer so far. Damn near two weeks is more than plenty time to answer a e-mail.
I went to ftc.gov website to file a complaint, which as far as I understand you're allowed to do, when a rebate has not been sent after the company's specified waiting period.
Not able to locate a rebate complaint form, if anyone can help I would appreciate it.
may not seem like much but 50.00 is alot of money to me, I followed their procedure, was approved!!!, now they aren't following thru on their obligation to complete the contract. That's the way I view a rebate, a contract!!
They are still offering ton's of rebates on their products,

I contacted Amazon concerning this fiasco, their answer, we just sell the products, the rebates are up to the individual company's. They advertise the product's w/rebates. I feel they are responsible just as much as the company who's product's they sell using the rebate as a promotional means of increasing their sale's
