chapters come to mind ..and sometimes there's 'behind the scenes' and 'making of' extras someone might like to retain as well.
Exactly. That's part of the reason why I like DVD's much more than vhs tapes. I love the bonus features. Of course, if you had a movie like Legally Blonde, I could give a rats a*s about the bonus features, but if you're talking about a movie like LOTR, don't you want to see the bonus materials like the special effects, etc..?
The problem with dvddecrypter and dvd2one is that you basically only have the choice to burn the movie with all the extras or just the movie with the subtitles cut. I'd love to be able to pick and choose what I want to leave off. I want some of the extra's, but I could care less about coming attractions, subtitles, extra audio tracks, etc.. I hope that these programs give me what I've been looking for. Unfortunately, I haven't had time to mess with them yet.
