DVI Cable Splitter For Monitor

I am looking for a DVI Cable Splitter that will allow me to hook up both the PC and the PS3 to my 226BW. Is that possible. I seen DVI Cable Splitter out there but it is just a splitter (Y) no convertor or box.

Would it still work and look good? I will only have one or the other on. Never at the same time.

You don't want to use a Y cable.
Two devices connected to the same cable could place a load on the cable affecting picture quality.

See the thing is I will only use one or the other, both will not be powered on at the same time, but I know what you mean about the having them one at the same time.


I need one for DVI not HDMI so how about this one:
