Learned quite a bit about working with plexiglass while cutting the holes and the screwholes, lol, stuff I should've known before I started.
Took the side off, tried to mark where the center of the fan should be, drilled a pilot hole with a small drill bit, then when to town with the holesaw. I wasn't holding it securely the first time, so of course the saw jumped out and put a nice scratch in the side of the case. That taught me rule #1 of working plexi: Mask all of it over with heavy tape that you can mark on, and then clamp it down. That prevents scratches like that, and helps you be much more accurate when marking for cuts, etc. Rule #2, don't use pilot-point bits, quite often when the pilot drags the rest of the bit into the hole, it'll crack or flake off some of the plexi. It did that a couple times for me, but none of them were bigger than the countersinking I was doing, so it didn't matter. Another thing, don't use self-taping screws on plexiglass, they'll crack it too. If you absolutely have to, then make sure your hole is as big as possible, while still being small enough to grab the threads.
The hole over the vid card is open, there isn't enough room behind it for anything. I've got a chrome grill in one of my spare parts boxes, that I'll put on over it, if I can ever find it.
