I looked at Telnap.com and it said a monthly rate of $2.50 on top of the $25. Is that right?

If the uptime is bad, what's the point of having a web hosting service?
If the support isn't good, you will ultimately regret even bothering with a company.
If you have a good experience, you won't mind paying a few extra dollars
Actually, I believe Telnap requires an annual payment on all plans below $5.00 per month (hence the "$24.95 Annual rate (required)" portion shown here).Originally posted by: danklumpp
Why would telnap offer $2.50 / month instead of $25 / year? If someone was on that tight of a budget, they shouldn't be messing around with websites.

I had been using e-rice for last 3-4 years. I had 3 sites with them, very stable and reliable. Price is excellent!

Now I'm not sure what to do, although I have to remember, you get what you pay for (usually).

I'm sure they require annual payment, but I have had to make sites that only need to be online for a couple of months before the information is 100% useless to anyone.
