I just purchased a Venice 3200+ from them...
I accidently put the wrong city (Just moved to La Mesa from San Diego, which in retrospect is basically the same place anyway), and had the right zip. Anyway, they were kind enough to call me and find out if I messed up my zip code, or my city. So I give them a plus on customer service for that. Most people just send out an email saying there is something wrong and to call. I put the order in on monday, so that being a holiday, I am impressed. I got shipping notification tonight, we'll see how long it takes to arrive:thumbsup:
