E2180,E6750 and several HSFs

For the E2180 stock it looks like stock hsf is good. At what speed need to switch to AC Freezer 7Pro?

For the E6750:
From stock to what speed will AC Freezer 7Pro be good?

From that speed to what speed will TR Ultima 90 be good?

From that speed to what speed will TR Ultima 120/120 extreme be good?

The AC Freezer is definitely not in the same category as TR U 120e. Tried the TR 120e on a 2160 and now 4500
Using the TR U 120e
E2160 was good to 3200 - idle 34 C - load (Orthos ) approaching 64C vcore 1.425
E4500 now testing at 3420 idle 31C load 54C vcore 1.475
A moderate overclock with the AC Freezer to probably 3000 is easy (even stock could give you that). The ACFreezer is cheap and does the job just do not expect miracles - I have two of those on the AMD opteron 165s with some decent overclocks to 2933 each.

ok I'll chip in...
My E6750 WIth Thermalright Utra-120 Extreme Runs 39C full orthos load @ 3.8GHz and 1.43Vcore. At 4Ghz under Orthos it runs at about 45C at 1.56Vcore.
The point is, Utra-120 Extreme will certainly NOT limit your overclocking. It will most likely be the CPU, mobo, or ram top up.
Always get the best cooler, and you'll have the peace of mind.

It doesn't take 26 seconds for temperatures to increase to their maximum.....It takes around 15mins or so for them to level out at what they'll max out at.

Where is your temp when running 800000 Lucas-Lehmer (runs the CPU harder), while I agree, I've only found OC limitations with my mobo/memory not because my Tuniq isn't keeping it cool enough but your Ultra 120 e is even cooler then my Tuniq.

guys i found the problem... i used coretemp 0.95 which i thought its the latest.... but its not version 0.95.4 is the latest and it reads real temps which are 15C higher. Still 51C at 1.42Vcore is great in my book.
