Without a doubt go with eiter the 6300 or 6400. I have a 6300 OC'ed to 3.5GHz

You can not beat the 6300 for the money! If you are strictly looking for the best OC stay away from the 4meg cache procs.
I can't really agree with this...
Initially, it seemed as if the 2 MB C2Ds were clocking higher, but with the newer ones, the E6600 does seem to clock as high as or higher than the E6300/6400, not to mention the extra L2 cache
Assuming heavy OCing:
E6300 - excellent budget option, but not my fave to recommend if you want an extreme OC, as you'll need over 500 FSB, & even the P5B Deluxe can't always guarantee that.
E6400 - best bang for buck out there IMO, since it's extremely unlikely your OC would be held back by mobo.
E6600 - great for OCing on pretty much any mobo, as it doesn't need a high FSB to hit great speeds. The extra L2 does wonders for benches & video work too
I'd say that if budget is not a concern, go for the E6600
Otherwise, E6400 (or 6300 if you are really tight for funds...)
