E6400 Overclock,can someone take a look?

My first try at overclocking a CPU
E6400
ASROCK Dual-VSTA

Can someone look through and point out any errors or things I can tidy up?

I plan on going a little higher on the FSB,and everything is stable at the moment while playing any games

Make sure your Memory timings is 1:1 ratio so that your memory isn't overclocked like that (580), that way you can run the FSB up to 400FSB(which mine is running at 425 of course DDR2). Of course I have no idea what kind of features and memory ratios on that board, so I could be wrong.. Don't quite get that 217.7mhz memory reading....

Basically what I'm trying to say is to take all other components out of the equation first and focus on mainly the CPU and slowly move your FSB upwards.

I have the same setup as you but different brands, your only going to get this motherboard up to 300fsb stable, i can run mine at 310 but it's not stable with prime95 but is ok with everything else i throw at it ie benchmarks and stress tests and games.
You can run you ram at that speed but try some bench marks to see if pushing the ram this hard is giving you extra fps in games or is quicker in apps. Try putting the ram back to default speed by turning the ram flexibility to enable in the bios and push the fsb up to 300 or 310 like i have, i must admit 305 is a sweet spot on my rig.
