stock E6300 will destroy stock 805 in everything. overclocking..6300 will stomp the crap outta the 805 again. Not even a contest, they are not in the same league. The only advantage the 805 has is a super low price, it will be $93 after the price cuts, but it's a space heater, power hungry, and will never match the potential of the E6300.
