This might be a good time to link to an article on how some vendors (unbelievably) spend $1.93 for a fake box and HSF in order to sell an OEM CPU as retail boxed to make an additional $12 - $15

Which in turn begs the question - How do they pack it in a fake box such that it still looks like the real deal ? Them zip strips is hard to re-seal !

I simply would not have believed it had the site not posted full pics of the whole deal and explained each and every inconsistency on three full separate pages

Any vendor here in the U.S. would be trashed if peeps found out they were shipping fake retail. The net would lite up like a pinball machine. Then, a class action lawsuit would prob follow.

At least you would not be getting a fake CPU

The way I read it is that they make their OWN boxes, seal tabs, zip tabs, hologram and data sticker and documentation. There is nothing to "reseal".
I gave the link to only one page - there are three, each with subdivisions

This recalls to me the time they busted a few huge volume XP pirating ops, and MS themselves could not tell the difference between the fake and phony packages/CD.
