Earwax discharge in public... Help?

It's embarrassing to go through...
Especially since I'm in high school, and the wax discharges out my ear at any time of day; anytime when I'm in a public setting.
It's odd... I've looked up tips on Google that could help, I've been to the ENT twice (the first time he irrigated my ears; the second he told me to put cotton balls in my ears, "and if people ask, tell them you have an ear infection."), I've asked a few questions about this on Yahoo Answers and other forums....

It started this past 25 April... I don't know if this helps know what triggered it, but a guy made repeated attempts to fight me, and I considered it mental abuse although I tried ignoring him during class but couldn't.

I've spent the entire summer looking up treatments for my wax issue. No one so far has been able to fix this.
I've tried hydrogen peroxide dabbed on a Q-Tip--that got rid of the wax until the 8 September.. I've also used baby oil (my ENT's secretary recommended it), rubbing alcohol--I dabbed those as well; separately of course.
Nothing works.
I used to use huge cotton balls, and kids would see wax and whisper.
It was just this morning that my mom said to use extremely small sized balls. Didn't work either because the kids whispered.
I even (yesterday) asked both my Spanish teacher AND my guidance counselor if they saw any wax in my ears--and they both said no--yet, when I got back to class, kids whispered again.

I've had this problem for 5 months.
What can I do to fix this?

You can buy an "Elephant ear washer" for less than $30 from Amazon or Ebay so you can irrigate your ears at home. Don't stick stuff like q-tips in your ear, just let the water flush it out gently. You can place a few drops of baby oil or hydrogen peroxide into your ear to loosen up the wax before irrigating it.

It is healthy to have ear wax in your ear, so don't think you need to remove it daily. Does your doctor know why your ears are producing so much wax? What sort of things do you use in your ears? Ex. headphones, ear plugs?

I use an ENT. I used to use headphones daily in school...
I don't anymore.

Thanks for the suggestion. I bought a $6 syringe from Walmart a month ago; I lost it!!

My ENT said it himself that "there's nothing wrong" with me.
Meanwhile the wax issue got worse.

An hour ago, I looked for electronic ear irrigators on Anazon--typed in those words, "electronic ear irrigator"--and found 4 things for the sinuses.

I looked at the site that suggested Dr. Oz's Q-Tip with hydrogen peroxide once a week method worked.
When I used it, I had to do my ears once every 2 days.

My mom has even yelled at me over this--she just said "I don't do it every 2 days, once a week, once a month.... I do it EVERY DAY!"....
This morning she did say I inherit the EE gene from her.
And also psoriasis from her.

Also; I don't have the $30 myself.
Should I get those small ear syringes from the store, or the expensive higher quality (seeming) ones?

Thanks for all the info, but I found my syringe I lost.
I irrigated my left ear twice--after I did it once, I did it again immediately--and twice in my right (taking pauses in between)...

Is it also okay to use all the water to fill up the syringe?

Mix warm water with hydrogen peroxide as well....this works very well for cleaning out ear canals.

Just did it.
Last night I irrigated both my ears twice... Walks in and immediately was gossiped about by the whole school... I'm a celebrity for the wrong reasons....

And I tried the warm water and hydrogen peroxide technique... I did it for 10 minutes like a website said... And I don't know if it worked or not...

If you have impacted ear wax and you pushed the syringe hard enough to create a stream of water you should have two little balls of wax coming out of your ears.

Learned this from a flight doc in the military a long time ago.

I've been to see my ENT twice... The second time he said "There's nothing wrong with you, you think about it psychologically".... And then he recommended I wear cotton balls... The wax is never hidden... Somehow it gets on the OUTSIDE of the cotton ball and that's how everyone sees.
I ask my teachers if they see any wax, and they say no, that I'm fine.... I get back to class and I immediately hear many people around me gossiping and saying they see the wax...
I get home from school (every single day, I've only had school since Monday) and take the cotton balls out. The ones in my left ear always have wax on the outside of them. The mornings before I go to school, the cotton balls are white and perfectly fine with no wax showing up on them at all.

Are you 100% sure they are just teasing you just to mess with you. I don't even think the human body can generate that much wax in a short period of time but I could be wrong.

I'd like to see some pictures to see how much wax we are talking about here.

One user--Perhaps they are. However, when I do walk in the hallways and anywhere else, people do always talk about me when I enter any room... When I get home, I do see wax on the outside of the cotton balls.
(I get more wax in my left ear than my right)

I use one of those to flush my ears out about once a month. The doctor said it's fine to do once a week if needed. I asked about the water mix and they said use 50/50 mix of warm water and normal hydrogen peroxide. I usually mix up enough to fill a small drinking glass and irrigate one ear, then go to the next ear and repeat until the mixture is gone.

With that said it does sound like you classmates could be messing with you. You can't control what they talk about and it may not be related to you at all. Don't give them power over you. Once you graduate none of this will matter and you'll look back and laugh at the situation.

What if some of you are overly cleaning your ears with q-tips (and even chemicals from what I am reading) and thus causing an over-production of wax?

Ear wax is a good thing, just clean along the outside of your ear, never stick the q-tip in the hole where you just end up compacting your wax deeper in your ear.
