have you considered strep throat? i lost 15 pounds (145->130) in december as a result of strep. it works fast and you don't have to do anything. no exercising or anything. it's almost as effective as meth.

I prefer pneumonia for that sort of thing. In addition to it's weight loss properties, nothing gives you an excuse to be lagging behind your friends rabbit hunting like being able to say "Hey, I've got fluid in my lungs. *pause for panting* Now SFTU."

1. Get up in the butt crack of dawn.
2. Drink black coffee without any sugar to get your heart rate going.
3. Get a bike or some good jogging shoes and workout for about an hour.
4. Eat a healthy breakfast!

Do this for two weeks and you should see some good results.

you could try like a gallon of coffee a day, make you pee like a race horse and those jitters burn calories.

Wear extremely hot clothing (i.e. multiple sweaters, coats, mittens, hats) in the evening and even during bed to shed the excess water weight in you. You probably have a good 5-10 lbs in waterweight alone.

Sprints/Mile repeats and timed runs is great for losing weight

You can alternate between these two plans every other day:

1. 60 minute SLOW SLOW SLOW run.

2. (go to a track) slow jog for 1 mile, run 400m (1/4 mile) at mile-pace, walk/slowjog 200m, run 400m at mile-pace, walk/slowjog 200m, run 1 mile at mile-pace, walk/slow jog 400m, sprint 400m as fast as you can, 200m walk/slow jog, sprint 400m at puking-pace, walk home


YOu can also substitute 3 x 1mile repeats for #2 with 400m rests in between.

I'm serious about the water weight thing. All of the varsity wrestlers have gone through this once in their highschool career because a lot of the times they need to lose 5-10 pounds within a couple of days so that they aren't disqualified during the weigh-in. Water weight will come back... but you can lose it quickly.

Get a different goal. 10 ounces in 2 months would probably be more obtainable.

10lbs in two months is easily doable. It is barely more than a pound a week.

Now, if we are talking about "I want to lose weight, but I dont want to change anything"... then 10 ounces in 2 months is more realistic.

Metabolife works if you just want to lose 10-20 lbs. But that's all you'll get out of it. After 2 months your body adjusts to it and you don't lose anymore weight. You eventually will just gain it back though. But for the short term, you can lose up to 20 lbs in 2 months easy with it. No dieting needed.
