They are running a special until March 31st for todo backup home. The normal price is $29. http://easemac.bmetrack.com/c/l?u=5...BA19F9&email=gz4nZl6K/YiMlZi6cOs6HXzBjzlZ2TJR
IDK man...a .info address that's in Russian seems a little sketchy. I mean free is great but your link didn't really provide a lot of positive feedback. There was only one reply and it was posted today.
Yep, doesn't seem legit, but I'll take a look at it later.
Also, why would one have to go to that russian site to get the code anyway? The thread you linked to includes the code, you can just download the trial version and then use the code provided in that thread. I'm guessing it's just a leaked/stolen key, but you never know, maybe it's legit.
Just want to state this again, in case anyone missed it...
Since the S/W download link is on the Malwaretips page and the Activation Code is visible by clicking on the spoiler tab on the same page you don't even have to visit the Russian site.
PokerGuy said:Sorry, I didn't mean it to sound like I was questioning you, it just seems like a rather strange deal for the company to offer it for free through some obscure site without it being on lots of other legitimate (more well known) sites. Either way, I snagged it , appreciate the deal, link and info!
I have a windows home server, that backs 8 computers at home. WHS works fine for now, but at some point I will need another solution since WHS is dead. One interesting and free solution I came across is Ur backup:
http://www.urbackup.org/
It can backup both folders or entire drive volumes, but you do need a computer or device to act as a server.
