Every so often after I go lifting I feel really sick to my stomach. I'm not talking about being sore, I mean feeling like I'll throw up, dizziness, etc. My friend said it means I over-exerted myself. I think it might be that, but also that I don't eat enough before going. How much should I eat, and more importantly what should I be eating? What is quality "working-out food"? And how much time should I leave myself before I am done eating to when I start lifting? Thanks!
